Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Residential Climate Control Expert to join our team at Michael and Son Charlotte. As a climate control expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our customers' homes by installing, maintaining, and repairing their residential HVAC systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of HVAC systems, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. To succeed in this role, you should have at least a high school education, a valid driver's license, excellent customer service skills, and ideally 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician.
