Commercial HVAC Opportunity
Lane Valente Industries, a leading construction and facility maintenance company, is hiring a Commercial HVAC Professional to join our team.
In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers, and prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HVAC service work and site maintenance for national accounts, with a strong emphasis on technical skills and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, paid vacations, and a 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match.
