Job Overview
Kemper Development Company, a family-owned fourth-generation company, is seeking an experienced HVAC-R II Technician to join their team. As a key member of the Engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient operation of all building HVACR systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of refrigeration and electrical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
This position involves troubleshooting and repairing HVACR systems in a timely fashion, developing and implementing operational best practices, and providing input to the Director of Engineering on tactical and long-term operational strategies. You will also assist in maintaining a responsive tenant relationship and fostering teamwork with other Kemper Departments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $42.00/hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid medical insurance, vacation time, holidays, annual bonus, flex-fund account contributions, shoe stipend, 401K, and free parking.
