About the Job
The Senior HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing residential and commercial forced air systems throughout Northern Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Servicing and repairing forced air systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and rooftop units (RTU's).
• Performing diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine the best course of action.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Managing paperwork and administrative tasks related to service calls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience working on forced hot air systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTU's), and hydro air systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Refrigeration Technician License (Preferred but not required).
• Ability to pass a background check.
