We are seeking a Technical Educator for HVAC Systems to join our team at New England Tractor. As a Technical Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and training to our students in the areas of HVAC/R technology.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Your primary duties as a Technical Educator for HVAC Systems will include:
• Instructing classes and labs in the HVAC/R Technician program
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
• Evaluating student progress and providing feedback to students
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years' experience as a licensed HVAC/R technician and a desire to train and educate others. You should also possess strong technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to students in a clear and concise manner.
