As a Branch Manager for our HVAC Division at Russo Bros, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians and managers in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the service industry, with a proven track record in P&L management, team building, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans tailored to each location, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs
- Drive business development through geographical expansion, new service lines, and sales performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor Service Managers and Technicians to build a cohesive, high-performing team across all branches
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets
