HVAC Project Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator - Construction Sales to join our team. This individual will work closely with our estimating and sales teams to develop and execute estimates for construction projects, including installation and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and strong knowledge of Quotesoft.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the estimating team to review potential bids and prioritize bid order.
• Work with the sales team to stay current on customer relations and deadlines using HubSpot CRM software.
• Estimate labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Compute costs and resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Requirements:
• High energy level to handle dynamic workload.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills and prioritization of tasks.
• Analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Knowledge of Quotesoft is critical.
• Thorough knowledge of the HVAC industry.
