About the Job:
Maxwell Plumb Mechanical is seeking a skilled Project Estimator and Field Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and efficiency. They will also estimate/take off and price from plans for proposals, on-site look at jobs and price them in the Plumbing and AC field, and provide technical help to the AC/heating divisions' technicians with an understanding of controls and engineering.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$150,000 per year, plus benefits including medical insurance, vacation pay, sick pay, holiday pay, and a 401k Plan with a company match.
