We're seeking an HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our V Team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanicals is essential to maintaining our facility's efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
• Starting, operating, repairing and maintaining various types of heating and air conditioning plants and associated equipment.
• Reviewing and interpreting word orders, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans and mechanical equipment drawings.
• Climbing ladders, working aloft, and moving/lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.
