Job Title: Sales Representative - HVAC Industry
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Hoffman Mechanical Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales and delivering exceptional customer service in the HVAC industry.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industries. A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, or a related field is also preferred.
You will be required to present in-person proposals to customers, perform sales presentations, educate potential customers on the value of our products, and maintain a high level of communication with our operations department.
A strong understanding of the psychology of sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to think proactively and prioritize work are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Present in-person proposals to customers
• Perform sales presentations using approved company materials and methods
• Educate potential customers on the value of our products
• Maintain a high level of communication with our operations department
• Transfer all required information and communications after each call
• Meet target revenue goals and participate in training as requested
