We are seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team at Hoffman Hydronics. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Select and specify pumps and pump-related equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of prior sales experience in the HVAC industry
