About the Job:
Casteel Air is looking for a skilled HVAC Warranty Technician to work in our Marietta, GA location. As an HVAC Warranty Technician, you will be responsible for installing new units or replacement parts for existing customers covered under our Warranty Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install new units or replacement parts for existing customers
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Effectively communicate with customers and office staff to resolve concerns and provide updates
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience in residential HVAC and excellent customer service skills.
