• *Job Description**
As an HVAC Service Dispatcher at Maxair Mechanical, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our service department. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and manage incoming service calls from customers, coordinate the assignment of service technicians to scheduled work orders and emergency service calls, and schedule work orders based on the expected complexity of the call against the capabilities of the available technician.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role; commercial HVAC industry experience a plus
