About the Position
CAREL USA LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our HVAC OEM sales channel in the Southeast region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing long-term relationships with existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities within the region.
This role requires strong customer relationship skills, analytical thinking, and technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively manage Carel's valued HVAC OEM partners
• Develop new OEM accounts and sales opportunities
• Review specifications to prepare proposals and quotes
• Utilize CRM and other tools to manage customer projects and sales activity
Qualifications
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in HVAC
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation time, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan.
