About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Mission-Critical HVAC Technician to join our team in Elk Grove, IL.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for critical cooling units, including commissioning, maintenance, and emergency response.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Center / Industrial or Commercial Industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of projects, providing exceptional customer service and supporting business growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• 7-15 years of experience in Data Center / Industrial or Commercial Industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC units.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License a HUGE plus.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills.
• High level of quality customer service.
• Estimated salary range $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
