About This Role
This is a worksite-based role, where you will work onsite at a defined location(s). You will be responsible for ensuring that our building systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all building systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and make repairs as needed.
• Review and interpret technical documents, including word orders, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans, and mechanical equipment drawings.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
