Job Title: Project Manager HVAC Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our HVAC engineering team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project leader to manage a range of multi-floor fit-out projects and $100MM ground-up buildouts.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments, with strong understanding of trade-specific scope of project, trade-related codes, and required coordination with other trades.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Department Leaders to develop and implement conceptual project designs
- Serve as key client interface, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction on a day-to-day basis
- Oversee and ensure accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables
- Lead multiple projects from concept through completion
- Facilitate design changes and obtain necessary approvals to meet evolving project needs
- Maintain comprehensive project schedules, optimizing team resources to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 8+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments
- Proficient in all design calculations and software tools applicable to their discipline
- Strong understanding of documentation requirements and content for each deliverable phase
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
