About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. As an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, installing and configuring computer hardware and software, and troubleshooting IT issues.
Responsibilities:
• Travel to client sites to provide on-site technical assistance.
• Configure and maintain computer networks, including setting up routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including slow internet speeds and Wi-Fi problems.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience working in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
