Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in servicing and maintaining commercial systems
• Strong knowledge of split systems, commercial equipment, and controls
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• EPA/NATE/OSHA certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
