About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Boiler and Chiller Operator to join our team at Northwell Health. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high pressure steam boilers, emergency generators, chillers, cooling towers, cogeneration equipment, and auxiliary systems.
You will work closely with the plant operations team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment, and making repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for monitoring meters and gauges, taking corrective action to prevent safety risks and optimize equipment performance.
