Growing HVAC company seeks skilled sales representative to join our team in New Jersey. As a Residential HVAC Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing existing and prospective customers to meet their defined monthly goals and growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in In-Home Sales. You will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, creating customized sales proposals, finalizing sales, and following up with customers.
You will also participate in sales activities to support corporate efforts, such as trade shows and referral groups. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible hours, and a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per year.
