As a Service Manager at Kimmel & Associates, you will have the opportunity to lead daily field operations, mentor teams, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for estimating and managing commercial HVAC maintenance and service projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor in commercial HVACR
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
