Responsibilities
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property both interior and exterior.
• Assist the Service Manager in performing preventive maintenance of the asset.
• Communicate with residents to resolve maintenance issues.
As a Humphrey Management Ambassador, this role pays particular attention towards asset protection.
