Our client is looking for an experienced Project Sales Representative (HVAC) to join our team and drive new

business development within the Connecticut territory. This role will focus on building relationships with

commercial and industrial clients by selling HVAC maintenance contracts and projects. If you're skilled in

prospecting, sales, and have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, this is a great opportunity to

Key Responsibilities • New Business Development: Proactively prospect and generate new business leads to expand

the customer base within the Connecticut territory. • Sales Appointments & Meetings: Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients,

identifying their HVAC system needs and providing tailored solutions. • HVAC Expertise: Use your knowledge of mechanical systems to evaluate, estimate, and

inventory system components, ensuring accurate appraisals for sales proposals. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial

and industrial clients, acting as their trusted advisor for HVAC maintenance and project needs. • Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and closing

business opportunities. • HVAC Projects & Contracts: Sell HVAC maintenance contracts and service projects, ensuring

customer satisfaction and long-term business retention. • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of contracts and

projects, from estimation through completion.

Requirements • Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or mechanical systems. • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including the ability to estimate and appraise system

components and needs. • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on long-term business growth. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to meet sales quotas and work independently while also being a team player. • Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented to manage a territory and sales pipeline

effectively.
