Job Title: Machine Operator

Laborer on installation of running tracks. Key Responsibilities: • Cleaning and preparation of asphalt/concrete surface to secure polyurethane track material (40% of time) • Use of small hand tools and power equipment in surface preparation and polyurethane installation (20% of time) • Carrying, mixing and pouring polyurethane to install track surface as required by OSHA safety standards (10% of time) • Recovery of excess rubber granules and edge detail trimming of track surface (20% of time) • General site cleanup and demobilization (10% of time) Requirements: • 2-3 years of field experience preferred • Quick study and able to meet physical demands • Technical qualifications or membership to a professional order Physical Demands: • Frequently (34-66%): Sit, Stand, Walk, Stoop/Bend, Push/Pull, Squat, Crawl/Kneel, Reach Above Shoulder, Forearm Rotation, Climb • Constantly (67-100%): Twist/Turn, Repetitive hand/wrist • Critical Demands (Heavy): Material Handling 34-66% of the time Work Environment: • Heat • Uneven surface • Outdoor - 10 hours/day What We Offer: • A commitment that Safety is #1 • Competitive benefits, pay, and retirement plan options • Career growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements About Us:
