Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. • Support senior technicians in diagnosing issues with appliances and HVAC systems. • Participate in field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. • Learn to plumb and weld under the guidance of experienced professionals. • Help build and maintain equipment as required by project specifications. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and assist with inventory management. • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on-site.

Skills • Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and appliance repair is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with HVAC principles is a plus. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. • Willingness to work in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. • A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to field service operations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
