The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation. You'll work closely with our facilities team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain a comfortable climate for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities • Maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment • Installation and calibration of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and manual controls • Proactive troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues • Liaising with facilities team members to ensure seamless service delivery Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • HVAC or Refrigeration Control Trade or Vo-Tech school preferred • Refrigeration certification beneficial • Valid driver's license required • Maintain a good driving record Benefits
