About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Western US Service Organization. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with their Radiometer equipment needs, ensuring they receive timely and efficient service to maintain optimal patient care.

Job Description • Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner. • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation. • Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need: • One-year Field Service Engineer or related experience – prefer medical field • AS – Technical Associates Degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or Military experience • Basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking or IT system upgrades.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this role is $33.50/hour, based on market conditions and location. This position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.

Location and Travel

This is a remote position with travel requirements up to 30-35% overnight travel within the territory. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. You will also be required to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
