Job Overview ">

This position involves overseeing operations management to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing and developing staff to deliver quality care and support. ">

Key Responsibilities ">

Foster a positive work environment by coaching and mentoring direct support staff.
Ensure effective deployment of direct support staff to meet client needs.
Identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns, reporting any issues as needed.
Develop and implement clinical and behavioral support plans that align with organizational objectives.
Oversee dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
Ensure compliance with medical communication protocols and medication administration procedures.
Monitor budgets and finances of individuals served, ensuring responsible resource allocation.
Analyze management information to drive continuous improvement of operations.
Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to optimize financial resources.
Review employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets to maintain operational efficiency. ">

Requirements ">

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary (with exceptions permitted under state law and regulations).
Prior experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders is desirable.
Must be at least 18 years old. ">

Salary and Benefits ">

The salary for this role is $16.00 per hour, and a valid driver's license is required.
