Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and performance.

Duties • Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities. • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. • Provide technical guidance on complex issues related to HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems. • Train and mentor service technicians on best practices for equipment handling and troubleshooting. • Develop work schedules for the team to ensure efficient project completion. • Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and modifications as needed. • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical issues within HVAC systems. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

Skills • Proficient in mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems including installation, repair, and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in the HVAC industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently. • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC field.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
